The Bridge Between Creative and the P&L

Anyone can pitch a vision. I build the concept, the crowd, and the revenue that follows.

I work with owners and founders to spot where demand is moving, then turn that insight into concepts people choose, return to and spend on.

Experience spans founder-led ventures, global operators and multibillion-dollar developments across Asia and the US.

§ II · How I Think

What people love and what they pay for are the same design problem.

01

Start with who, not what

Concept, partners, influence ladders, price point. None are independent decisions. They all follow from a clear picture of who you're building for.

02

Most trends are obvious in hindsight

Coldchella saw that KL had music festivals and wellness pop-ups but nobody had put them together. Malaysia's first music and ice bath festival sold out at ~1,200 attendees on its debut. At Zouk, the same instinct turned a dead Thursday into the top night in Singapore. The pattern is spotting the audience and the moment before a dollar is committed.

03

Programming is what creates the pull

The right programming reaches the right community before marketing has to. Done well, it earns word of mouth. Done badly, it buys attention forever.

04

The brief decides what can make money

Pricing, partnerships, programming, tenant mix, and secondary spend are shaped early. Set the commercial logic before the walls go up, and the concept has a better chance of paying for itself.

05

Senior judgment, AI-native execution

Twenty years of operating judgment, run through current tools. This is how one senior operator moves with the range of a small team: audience reads in days, multiple concept directions pressure-tested, visual direction, partner maps, and launch scenarios developed before a dollar is committed. Senior judgment, current tools, one accountable person.

Trend Signal

Tens of millions of consumers are quietly changing shape.

Casual drinking is the casualty. What breaks in a venue built on volume, who walks in the door instead, and what survives when alcohol is no longer the engine.

I help turn audience behavior into products, communities, and businesses.

Over the last twenty years I've built concepts across hospitality, entertainment, wellness, gaming, and lifestyle sectors throughout Asia and the United States. Today my work sits at the intersection of physical experience, community, technology, and commercial strategy.

I spent nearly a decade co-founding and leading Massive Collective, the nightlife and lifestyle group that shaped a generation of venues across Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. I ran the brand from the ground up: concept identity, digital marketing, programming, and PR, at a time when the group was setting the standard for the region. Ten concepts. $20M at peak. Those years built the network I still build with.

That record put me on the radar of the global operators. It took me into Zouk Group, then onto the $4.3B Resorts World Las Vegas, the first new Strip resort in over a decade, and cruise programming for Dreamcruises. Not many creative careers get to that scale. The job stayed the same: read the audience first, then build the concept backwards from what makes them come back.

My degree in psychobiology from UCLA is where the audience analysis gets its rigour. Why people return. Why they tell their friends. Why they stop. These questions have answers, and that training is why the work lands differently than standard hospitality consulting.

Over two decades building for how people play. A blood panel at 43 changed the question. Now I build for how they live.

For the projects I believe in most, I go further than advising: I build as a co-founder, aligning my own network and, on the right deal, capital, so my interests sit exactly where the client's do.
